Aurora uses room photos and preferences to create AI room plans. This page explains the basic MVP data practices in plain language.

Last updated: July 7, 2026

What we collect

We may collect room photos, room type, style preferences, budget preferences, shopping preferences, generated room plans, and AI after images.

If you submit a form or complete checkout, we may collect your email, name, payment status, product purchased, and related checkout metadata.

We collect lightweight product analytics such as page views, onboarding steps, plan generation, after-image generation, checkout clicks, and shopping link clicks.

How we use it

We use your room photo and preferences to generate a room read, styling plan, AI after image, organization steps, and shopping recommendations.

We use analytics to understand whether people can finish onboarding, whether results are useful, and where the MVP needs improvement.

If you submit your room for content, we may use the submitted room plan, room images, AI after image, and approved name or handle in Aurora marketing content.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Aurora does not store full card numbers.

Stripe may collect payment details, billing details, fraud signals, and transaction data under its own terms and privacy practices.

AI and service providers

Aurora sends room photos and prompts to AI providers so they can analyze the room and create results.

Aurora may use hosting, database, storage, analytics, payment, and affiliate-link services to run the app.

Your choices

You do not have to submit a room for social content to use Aurora.

You can ask for deletion of contact details or submitted content permissions by contacting the Aurora owner through the support channel listed on the site before launch.

Local saved plans may also exist in your browser storage. You can clear them from the Saved page or by clearing browser storage.

This page is a plain-language MVP template, not legal advice. Before a full paid launch, have the final policies reviewed for your business, location, payment setup, and data practices.
