Aurora sells digital room-planning results. This MVP refund page sets expectations before paid testing.

Digital results
Aurora unlocks are digital products. Once an AI room plan or after image is generated, the service has been delivered.
Because AI and retailer availability can vary, Aurora cannot promise that every after image, link, product, or suggestion will be perfect.
When a refund may make sense
A refund may be considered if checkout charged you but Aurora did not unlock or generate the paid digital result.
A refund may also be considered for duplicate accidental purchases made close together.
What is not guaranteed
Aurora cannot guarantee that a specific retailer will have every item in stock, that every product price stays the same, or that an AI image will be an exact shopping render.
Aurora does not reimburse furniture, decor, shipping, return costs, or third-party retailer purchases.

Keep your checkout receipt and plan link.
Before launch, the Aurora owner should add the official support email here and review this policy against the live Stripe setup.
